Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice when canceling your scheduled appointment. If you are a no show, we will charge your payment method the full price of your requested service.
Class Cancellation Policy
Haircut services: You have 24 hours to cancel
Color services: You have 48 hours to cancel.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your color services you’ll be charged half of your service. If you are a no-show, you will be charged the full price.
